Migrating to Windows 7 will ultimately pay off for businesses —

Windows 7 is promising to change Microsoft’s luck since the release of Vista, which saw only modest adoption within businesses. Slated for release in October, Windows 7 has already garnered strong industry support and favorable reviews of beta versions. was criticized for its substantial hardware requirements. Windows 7 also brings new features that businesses of all sizes can appreciate.

Features aside, the dice are loaded in favor of Win 7. With support for Windows XP ending on April 8, 2014, organizations that skipped Vista will need to migrate to Win 7 at some point.
